Heat Exchanger

Heat exchangers are used to transfer heat from one fluid to another. These vessels are commonly used in HVAC systems, refrigeration, oil & Gas Industries, Pharma Industries and chemical Industries. We are designing as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1. & TEMA Ed. 10.

Pressure Vessel

Pressure vessels are designed to hold fluids or gases at a pressure that is different from the ambient pressure. These vessels are used in various industries, including petrochemical, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and power generation. Pressure vessels are used to store and transport a wide range of substances, including liquids, gases, and even solids. We are designing as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1.

Cladded Vessels

The corrosion-resistant clad layer protects the vessel against the aggressive reactions from the stored liquid while enhancing the vessel’s strength. These vessels are used in Water, beverage, beer, food, petrochemical, nuclear power, machinery, medical equipment, chemical fertilizer, waterproof treatment, pipeline aspects of production. We are designing as per ASME Section VIII Div. 1.

Storage Tank

Storage tanks are used to store liquids or gases. These vessels are commonly used in all process industry.

Reactor

Reactors are pressure vessels that are used in the chemical and petrochemical industries to carry out chemical reactions. These vessels are designed to handle high temperatures and pressures and may have internal components such as agitators, baffles, or coils.

Distillation Column

It is widely used in the chemical process industries where large quantities of liquids need to be distilled. Such industries are the Petroleum processing, petrochemical production, natural gas processing, coat tar processing, brewing, liquefied air separation, and hydrocarbon solvents production and similar industries but it finds its widest application in petroleum refineries.
